1. Go to "settings" and add your first client.
2. Give them time to register with the link that will have been auto-generated when you register them.
3. You will be able to see the status of their invitation: if they are still "pending" they have yet to go through the registration process.
4. Once they are registered, generate a plan for them by entering a duration on the training plan screens. Hit "create plan".
5. The app will generate a number of warmups tried to the target duration you entered. If you don't like the warmups you can reduce the duration of each step, delete an entire step, or add an extra step.
