You don't need to delete a client. We know that you might want to retain their history and that you might even want to work with them again one day. That's why we give you the option to archive rather than delete the client.
Archiving the client keeps the data in the app. And don't worry, we've got plenty of room for all your archived data!
Step 1. Click on the client you want to archive.
Step 2. Click on view profile.
Step 3. Click on archive.
You have now archived your client. If you want to un-archive your client, then please contact support@saprotrainingapp.io stating the name and email address used for your client.
